Three Square serves as the food bank
of Southern Nevada. Working in conjunction with many other organizations, they help children, families and seniors who would otherwise go hungry. Feeding America is the national organization that works with local food banks in serving the hungry. There are many ways in which you can make a difference—hold a bake sale, patronize restaurants supporting the cause, purchase items from Jadon Foods and more. how can you make a difference?
Every time you purchase a Jadon Foods item, a portion of the proceeds will be used to support our partner organizations. The longest journey begins with the first step. Likewise, working together, we can implement significant change.
Jadon Foods only supports those organizations in which a minimum of 90% of the contribution directly benefits the end recipient. We limit our corporate sponsorship to organizations that assist and empower the poor and hungry or who educate and support the public on issues of health.
If you'd like to do more, here are some more ways for you to help:
- Hold a bake sale or any other fund-raising event and then donate the proceeds to a local organization
- Volunteer your time
- Patronize retailers, restaurants and manufacturers who support your community and the nation
- Go through your own house or pantry to see what you can donate
- Go to your local organizations and ask them what is the best way to help
